Support processes for urban development
Since more than 20 years we are process facilitators and consultants for managers in municipalities, real estate companies, developers, investors and project administrators. We specialise in planning, activation and participation processes in the context of urban development.
Clearing House and Public Participation
In view of the vast diversity of methods within urban renewal, redevelopment or public participation, our expert advise will help you decide which procedure best matches your task. Should your requirements in the context of such a decision not come within our area of responsibilities, we will put you in touch with alternative, equally competent cooperation partners.
Planning and development processes
Arranging and moderating planning and development processes. As your partners, we will actively engage in arranging action plans or in preparing, implementing and documenting your planning and development processes. For instance, we have been active for many years in the context of men von EU projects. Independently of language and culture, it is always about one topic: how to succeed in getting experts, managers and local actors to cooperate constructively, or even, at best, consensus-oriented? We specialise in activity-oriented activation. Concerning our products, we are most renowned for action planning in which we have acquired vast experience throughout Europe.
Integral General Planning
We will take on both the project management and the coordination of expert teams to be included in the procedure. As general planners, we cooperate with our associates to provide an integral package with respect to outline planning, sector planning, drawing up of planning laws and regulations, the participatory process and project marketing.
Single Events
Organisation and moderation of single events: book us as impartial, knowledgeable moderators of single events for which we will organise a presentation tailor-made to the current state of your planning.
